Returns & Exchanges

At Claude & Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original box or mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
