What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. For smaller orders, a flat rate applies based on your location. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 days.
How can I return an item that doesn't fit?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. You can initiate a return through our online portal to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Where are your garments manufactured?
Claude & Co is committed to ethical fashion. Our collections are designed in-house and produced in fair-trade certified factories across Portugal and Italy, using sustainable materials whenever possible.
How do I find my correct size?
Each product page features a detailed 'Size Guide' with specific measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own for the most accurate fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and interest-free installment plans through Klarna and Afterpay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Please contact our support team within 60 minutes of purchase if you need to make changes; otherwise, you may need to follow our return process.
